Agency Director

With nearly 15 years of mental health experience, I provide compassionate and effective therapy to adolescents and adults facing various challenges. My practice focuses on supporting individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, major life transitions, grief/loss and substance abuse.

I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings, gain self-awareness, and develop coping strategies to navigate life's difficulties. Through a combination of evidence-based therapies, including cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy and a client-centered approach, I work collaboratively with each person to help them achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.

My commitment to empowering clients to make positive changes in their lives drives my practice, and I am honored to walk alongside individuals on their journey towards healing and growth.

I received my undergraduate degree in Sociology through Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi and my graduate degree in Community Counseling from Winona State University. I also hold a certificate in addictions counseling obtained through Winona State University. I am licensed through the Minnesota Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy.

To recharge, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, being in nature and staying active through walking, hiking, volleyball, as well as other various activities. I appreciate and highly value the experiences and adventure of travel as well as photographing nature.
